Independent global agency

Leveraging Xtensegrity’s Adage methodology and increasing viability of cloud based solutions, the client replaced several small systems with NetSuite cloud for running their financials and project management globally. Xtensegrity's team rolled out NetSuite for multiple locations, languages and currencies (Germany, France, Switzerland, NYC, LA) within a short span of time. The expertise and understanding of ad agency business models, enabled the Xtensegrity team to rapidly configure and deploy NetSuite functionality integrating project and resource management with multiple billing scenarios therefore providing for optimal resource utilization on time payment collections and overall visibility of client profitability. Starting with 150 users as the business has grown over 50 additional users have been added by the client with  minimalistic training needs.

Large Media and Events company

Xtensegrity has been involved in implementing and supporting NetSuite for the client with several hundred users in an active M&A environment, onboarding a new subsidiary almost every other week. Core financials on NetSuite along with financials and consolidation on BPC have been deployed in a multi-subsidiary environment. Currently enhancements with reporting and additional global locations are being integrated.

Large Ad Agency

Leveraging Xtensegrity’s long standing expertise in PeopleSoft (and ERP in general) as well as the understanding of the ad agency business models, the adage methodology for finance, resource management and billing was rolled out for the client by Xtensegrity experts to over 5000 users on the PeopleSoft environment. of Implemented Project Costing, Contracts, Billing, AR, Purchasing, Payables, Time & Expense, Ledger, Fixed Assets and custom modifications. Global rollout with multiple subsidiaries was spread over a period of 3 years and is currently in stable and support mode.

Healthcare Provider

Xtensegrity team has implemented, supported and upgraded the PeopleSoft environment for the client since the past 14 years. Financials, Supply chain management, HCM and applicant tracking are some of the modules implemented along with several customizations, reports and interfaces. The implementation supports several hundred users and has been increasing steadily.
